Measuring the ROI of social media has been a debate for many small business owners. Is social media worth the investment? How can they tell?

I think at this stage, everyone should be passed talking about vanity metrics like followers and likes. Many businesses are, in fact, starting to see that those numbers are not directly affecting their bottom line.
